Every decision we make gets held up against one question: will this still be right in ten years? Not still fashionable, still right. Still comfortable to sit in, still easy to keep, still the room you’re pleased to walk into on a wet Tuesday in February.
It’s why we spend longer on plans than most studios, why we’d rather build something in than buy something that nearly fits, and why we ask about how you actually live before we ask what you like. Cheshire houses are generous and well built. They deserve interiors that last as long as they do.

Meet Steph
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I started Cheshire Property Studio because I’ve always believed a home should do more than look beautiful. It should feel like you: somewhere that wraps around your everyday life and quietly makes it better.
So I don’t chase trends. I listen to how you live, what you love, and how you want a room to feel the moment you walk in. The rest is colour, texture and all the little details, layered until it’s unmistakably yours.
